It is designed as heterogeneous multi-core architecture with 16-cores Arm v8 CPU, 16nm process, and 25w typical power consumption. It supports up to 20 channels HDR camera inputs and the whole chip is verified by ASIL-B and AEC-Q100 Grade2, embedded with safety MCU(ASIL-D).
